Program 1:

Program 1 is designed for riders ready to make a serious commitment to their athletic pursuits. With this program, you receive assistance in setting your goals and achieving them. What you receive:

  • Personalized training plan designed around your goals with updates every 2 weeks
  • Your workouts written in Watts or HR
  • Regular e-mail contact - emails answered within 48 hours
  • Basic nutritional guidance
  • Two 45-minute phone sessions with your cycling coach each month
  • Sport-specific off-season strength & flexibility programs
  • Initial testing to determine your HR and/or Power zones with quarterly retesting
  • Weekly analysis of your power meter/HR files, food diaries & TrainingPeaks.com Premium account
  • 10% discount on tuition at the annual Marin Training Camp

Program 2:

This service level is for those looking for a higher level of interaction with their coach. In addition to all of the services included in Program 1, Program 2 delivers greater detail and a more personal approach to helping you meet and exceed your objectives. Program 2 includes:

  • Detailed training plan designed specifically around your goals w/ weekly updates
  • Priority e-mail contact - emails answered within 24-hours
  • Your workouts written in Watts or HR
  • Four 45-minute phone sessions with your cycling coach each month
  • Detailed nutritional guidance
  • Custom off-season strength and flexibility programs
  • Initial testing to determine your HR and/or Power zones and monthly retesting
  • Weekly detailed analysis of your power meter files, food diaries & TrainingPeaks.com Premium account
  • 15% discount on tuition at the annual Marin Training Camp

Program 3:

Program 3 is for those looking to be coached at the highest level in their sport. At this level, every detail is examined and your performance is maximized. What you receive at the Program 3 level:

  • Unlimited e-mail contact - emails answered within 12-hours
  • 2 weekly 30-minute phone sessions with your cycling coach each month
  • Your workouts written in Watts or HR
  • Monthly testing, goal setting and annual training plan adjustment
  • Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions for local athletes
  • Weekly detailed analysis of your power meter files, food diaries & TrainingPeaks.com Premium account
  • 20% discount on tuition at the annual Marin Training Camp

One-to-One Coaching

One-to-one coaching is a great way to receive personal instruction and support to help you hone the skills necessary to excel. I will design the sessions to fit your specific needs. Choose One-to-one coaching for:

  • Personal coaching rides
  • Cornering and descending clinics
  • Time trial skill clinics
  • Postural analysis and bike fitting

Rates start at $100 per hour.

One-time Consultations

One-time Consultations can help you sort out your goals and hone your training plans to make the most of the time you have before your target event. Rates start at $200 per hour.
